Thoughts are mental cognitions that shape our perspectives, influence our beliefs, and impact how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Many times our thoughts are negatively altered due to situations and/or events we experience in our lives, and effect our behaviors and how we show up in life. This can manifest as fear, doubt, anger, sadness, and shame, which in turn can contribute to conditions like anxiety, depression, overeating, and co-dependency. Thoughts can also be transformed positively though; renewing to their original state – creating new habits, behaviors, and/or perspectives.
HOW IS THIS DONE?
Thoughts are easily transformed through relaxing. When you relax, your mind enters different and deeper levels of consciousness, including Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta. These levels allow you to release and renew thoughts, feelings, and beliefs at each level.
I use different approaches, including prayer, to assist you in removing stress, anger, insecurities, grief, disappointments, unforgiveness, things you have been taught or feelings you’ve been suppressing, and even find reasons for your behaviors that you didn’t realize. As I guide you to release the “chains” you will be completely safe, protected, and empowered by the power of God and the Holy Spirit!
I have used all of these myself and wouldn’t recommend something that isn’t effective!
