Thoughts are mental cognitions that shape our perspectives, beliefs, and opinions about how we feel about ourselves, others, and what transpires in the world. Our thoughts can be negatively altered due to situations and/or events we experience, and then, conditions develop which contribute to the way we show up in life; such as, experiencing anxiety, depression, fear, doubt, overeating, and/or co-dependancy. Thoughts can also be transformed, in order to renew our thoughts; creating new habits, behaviors, and/or perspectives.
Meditation is a proven method that calms the thoughts, and transforms your thoughts. When you are relaxed the mind eases into levels; Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta, and once in the deeper levels, reprograming can occur. I use certain meditation techniques to assist you in removing stress, anger, insecurities, grief, disappointments, unforgiveness, things you have been taught or suppressing that are keeping you from escalating in life, and even find reasons for your behaviors that you didn’t realize.
