For 30 years, I carried the silent wounds of feeling unwanted, unworthy, and unaccepted. Heartbreak, addiction, validation-chasing, and unhealthy patterns tried to break me, but after a 8 year healing journey, God taught me how to persevere with His power and peace. (Full story in bio).

Now I equip women with tools to do the same. 

I don’t speak on resilience from theory - I speak from lived experience. 

• Abandoned by my parents at age 3 and raised by my grandparents.
• Verbally and emotionally abused by my 4th teacher and classmates for 2 years -  muting my voice. 
• Became a single mom at 20 & 38, naturally birthing 2 9.5 pound girls.  
• For 17 years I fell and rose to remain abstinent.  
• Addiction to pain pills.
• For 2 years was torn away from my child - due to a custody battle. 
• Sat alone in the ICU for 2 weeks as my 2 month old fought for her life.
• Standing beside my young daughter through a trauma no child should face. 
• Endured the pain of my child's dad abandoning us, when she was 5.

It’s not what we experience - it’s how we persevere through it that builds resilience. And you can build that kind of resilience too!
